How much is too much?
1-How much time do you spend on your computer each day?I'm on the computer about 3 hours a day, sometimes more.
2-How about texting your friends on your cell phone? THE CELL PHONE, NOT MUCH, ONLY WHEN NECESSARY.
3-Some kids (and adults too) spend several hours each day using their computers and phones to play games, e-mail, chat, and text. Is this too much time?
